Information Vuteach handles
Vuteach may handle account and profile details, workspace and course content, enrolments, learner progress, support messages, payment status, device information, usage events, and security records.
Payment providers process card and billing details needed to complete transactions. Vuteach does not need to store full payment-card numbers to provide course access.
How information is used
Information is used to operate and secure the platform, create and deliver courses, manage enrolments and subscriptions, process payments, provide support, monitor reliability, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Where creators use AI features, the content they submit and relevant course context may be sent to the configured AI provider to produce the requested output.
Service providers and academy owners
Vuteach uses service providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email, analytics, monitoring, storage, and AI features. They receive only the information needed to provide those services under their applicable terms.
Academy owners independently control the learner and buyer information used to deliver their courses. Their academy privacy policy may therefore also apply.
Retention and your choices
Information is kept only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain learning and financial records, resolve disputes, protect the platform, and meet legal requirements.
You may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information where those rights apply. Use the contact page and include the email address connected to your account.
